What is Halotherapy?
Dry salt therapy, or halotherapy, is a natural alternative and complimentary way of improving general wellness, respiratory issues, skin conditions, detoxification, athletic performance, and more. Halotherapy is a non-invasive, drug-free wellness ritual with no side effects.

Attending salt therapy sessions regularly may help manage symptoms of chronic conditions, such as asthma, COPD, cystic fibrosis, psoriasis, and eczema. Dry salt therapy may also be used seasonally as a preventative measure against allergies, viruses, and common cold. If you do not have any medical concerns, you may still benefit from salt therapy. It is excellent for relaxation, anti-stress, jet lag, and general wellness.
How Does it Work?
Get Salty
Dry 99% pure-grade sodium chloride is ground by our state-of-the-art halogenerator into particles the size of 2 to 5 microns. For comparison, one strand of hair is the size of 50 to 70 microns. This microscopic size allows the salt particles to penetrate deep into the skin and respiratory system.
Relax & Breathe
As salt particles are dispersed into the air, you will relax and breathe deeply in our salt vault. Sit back in a zero gravity lounge chair and relax to ocean waves or sounds of serenity. By the end of your session you will feel calm and refreshed.
Be Well
After salt therapy, your symptoms may be alleviated and easier to manage. Open airways, increased lung capacity, and improved mental wellness are all possible. Many people find relief from asthma, allergies, COPD, cystic fibrosis, psoriasis, and eczema.
